Eligibility

• The contest is open to all employees of Innodata India Pvt Ltd with an Active Directory account at the time of winning amount distributions.
• Employees must have passed the Innodata India AI Transformation Program (Level- Beginner) with a minimum score:
  • 60% if the exam is attempted in October
  • 70% if attempted in November
  • 80% if attempted in December
• The earlier a person attempts the exam, the easier it is to pass, as the passing percentage to be eligible for the lucky draw increases by 10% each month.
• Participants who score below the passing percentage need to retake the assessment until they score above the passing percentage.
• To take/retake the exam, participants need to click the “Start Assessment” button on the portal.
• Participants can retake the assessment any number of times without any restrictions or wait time between assessments.
• Upon retaking the exam, the previous score will be replaced by the new one, and only the latest score will be considered final.
• Completing the Innodata India AI Transformation Program (Level- Beginner) with a minimum passing score is mandatory to be eligible for the lucky draw.
• All winners must be associated with Innodata India Pvt Ltd.

Important Guidelines

• It is highly recommended to complete the assessment as early as possible to maximize your chances of winning, as there will be 40 lucky draws.

 Lucky Draw Rules

• Daily lucky draws will be conducted for eligible participants, and winners will be awarded prizes as per the table given below.
• Participants may win the lucky draw multiple times, with no restrictions on the number of wins, including consecutive days.
• To qualify, participants must pass the assessment by the day before the draw.
• There are no limits on how many times a participant can win; theoretically, one individual could win all draws.
• If an employee wins, their direct reporting manager, as recorded in the GAMS system, will also receive a fixed prize of Rs 2000/-. This manager’s prize is designed to encourage managers to motivate their teams to participate early and maximize their chances of winning.

Management Decision

• The decision of Innodata management will be final and binding on all aspects of the contest.
• Participants agree to accept the decisions made by Innodata management without dispute or challenge.
• In case of any disputes, the management’s decision will be deemed conclusive and non-negotiable.

Disqualification

• Participants found violating contest rules or engaging in fraudulent activity, such as attempting to pass the exam unethically or actions outside the scope of the contest, will be disqualified.
• Innodata management reserves the right to disqualify any participant at their discretion without prior notice.

Modification and Cancellation

• Innodata management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
• Any updates or changes to the contest rules will be communicated through official company channels.
• Management also reserves the right to discontinue the lucky draw at any time without advance notice.

Mandatory AI Training Program

• This training program aims to increase the number of AI-trained professionals at Innodata.
• Completing the AI Training Program with a minimum passing score is mandatory for all employees by December 31, 2024, regardless of whether they participate in the contest or not.

Contest Acknowledgment

By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the contest rules and regulations outlined above.
